I have absorbtion issues and I currently take:
Iron plus Vit C (suggested by GP)
Vitamin D (prescribed but I changed the brand)
B12 (prescribed)
Zinc Gluconate (I was prescribed Zinc sulphate but it upset my tummy)
Magnesium (becuase it's good with something (possibly Vit D?) but I ran out & threw the bottle away so I can't remember which one)
Potassium (ditto)
Vitamin K (Difficult to get hold of)
Methyl Folate (Difficult to get hold of)
Can I streamline any of these or are they available in combinations?
