Since I came off the pill 3 months ago I've started spotting 4-5 days before my periods. It's very light - literally a small smear every time I wipe after going to the loo. I don't remember having any spotting in the past, or no more than a day before my period. Does this sound fairly normal?
I have had a pelvic and vaginal ultrasound last month (for another reason) and I don't have cysts or fibroids. I've had an STD check and my last smear a year ago was normal. Thanks
