All but one blood test result back. What do you think is wrong with me?

ESR raised (don't know exact numbers)
CRP raised (again don't know exact numbers)
LFT 44
B12, folate and ferritin normal.
Waiting for results of antibodies screen for arthritis.
Initial symptoms were swollen hands, fingers, feet and left knee.
I'm v v v tired, no energy, have a cold, ache from top to toe, have restless legs and am fed up of feeling shit
