UTI or birth stitches not healed?!

Baby is 23 days old, I have no idea how long stitches are supposed to take to heal as Google was vague and the MW didn't mention.

Weeing more (though I am drinking more as have a cough and thirsty due to BFing) but it really stings when I go and then stings after which makes me feel I need to go again IYSWIM.

Worth braving the walk in tomorrow? I have no idea if it's an infection or if it's the stitches

Sounds like UTI, I feel the same today so took a sample to the GP this morning, UTI and have antibiotics. Hope you are feeling better soon.

It's looking even more likely now as have stomach ache/feeling sick so that may be related?

Well that escalated rather quickly

Ended up in A&E tonight as suddenly got huge stomach pain. Cleared for infection, they reckon it's actually gallbladder or kidney stones!
