Blue Vein across breast

I've just noticed a big blue vein across my vein. I have felt for a lump but can't find anything. I have googled and a blue vein can be a sign of breast cancer. Do you think it's worth going to the doctor?

pregnant? that was the first sign for me - veiny boobs

My boobs can sometimes look like a bloody road map but normally when I'm warm so you see the veins quite clearly.

If it's a new thing and you are worried seeing the gp won't do any harm but personally I'd only worry if they were stood out from the skin if that makes sense.

I'm not pregnant! Thank god. I'll keep an eye on it. It doesn't stick out but I'm not one to have visible veins so that's why I feel a bit worried.
