Fresh formula vs carton formula. Sicky baby, reflux, other?

Hi all, my baby is just over 5 months old and we have always struggled with her being sick quite often. She’s been on infant gaviscon and it doesn’t make a huge amount of difference so, she’s been off it for a while. She is on Hipp organic first milk and I have noticed she’s more sicky after a fresh feed as opposed to a carton/premade feed which we use when we are out and about. It might be a coincidence but I was just wondering if there is anything like lactose, etc, that would be removed from a carton? Possibly something that would cause the sickness more when she has it from a fresh feed?
Any help much appreciated 👍🏻

I’m not sure what the difference is because I never actually looked into it, but DS was always horrendously sick if I made up his bottles from powder formula but was mostly fine on the cartons. I used SMA so I don’t think it’s brand specific. I just switched entirely to cartons but it did work out far more expensive.

Cakedoesntjudge - that’s really interesting, I wonder what the difference is?!? Blimey, it would be so expensive to do cartons all the time 😬
