Every cream I have tried for DS and particularly DD1 brings out rashes and DD1s excema really badly so what should I try now?

It says you can get sunscreen in factor 25 and 50.

Look for one which is "PABA Free" - it's a really common allergen, but it's in most sun creams, even the ones which claim to be hypoallergenic or for sensitive skin. We use one made by Banana Boat for ds - available in up to factor 50 - but do check the labels as not all of their range is PABA free.

Lunar it was the bananaboat stuff I used that has trigged the reactions. However the baby one was fine for DD2[until I looked on back and says consult Gp if under 6mths ans she is 3mths..eeek]

We tried about 7 the year before last, every one seemed to really sting him and make his excema flare up really badly. Then we found Bergaderm (formerly Proderm). It was recommended on the Excema website and seems to be fine again for him this year. Really mild, SPF 30 and is a mousse, so quite easy to apply. HTHs
