So... end of August I hit my ankle hard on a cast iron cooking pot. I was walking along and as I swung my leg forward I caught my ankle on the side of the pot.
It hurt like hell and I had a cut and it was swollen.
It hurt to walk on for a bit (as you'd expect) but nothing horrendous although in the mornings when I first got out of bed it was really very painful to stand on.
Thing is it still hurts! Not so much when walking but if I move my foot up and down or side to side it hurts. Or if I sit cross legged it hurts from pressing on the floor.
I can't imagine anything is broken or anything like that but why would it still hurt?
