i don't know how, neither does he but he has been in agony since yesterday.

the doctor said painkillers and warmth and could take a while to settle.

i am wondering how long he's going to be in pain like this, he can't do anything but lie down.

ds did this recently and it took about a week to recover completely. He enjoyed the novelty of drinking through a straw sideways.

My DS1 did this, fighting with DS2 IIRC, got his head trapped in a door and ended up with a really sore neck. He was crying with the pain and we tried to get him an appointment with the Chiropractor, he was fully booked so figured we would leave it a couple of days and it eased off by itself.
