Broken toe?

Just as a jolly start the morning I had a small Ménière's attack while going in to wake DS. This fun event led to me smashing my foot on his metal bedstead. Crunch.

Result - very sore, swollen, bent & purple toe. Buddy strapping? I don't think walk in would do anything else.

(Please ignore manky nails).

Assuming just swollen (i.e. not deformed) and no wounds then could just buddy strap. Likely to be uncomfortable for 4+ weeks. Good shoes with rigid soles. Any concerns then GP or Minor Injuries Unit.

It's a bit bent. I've buddy strapped for now & see how I go. I'm sure it'll be fine (she says). I'll keep an eye on colour & swelling and if it starts looking dodgy I'll pop to the walk in centre. Thanks.
