Itchy legs

I have had itchy shins for months now.No rash or cuts just very itchy LA
egs and only my legs.Is this the menopause as I'm 51 or something else.Df died recently of cancer and one of his symptoms was itching .Any advice please.

Could it be your washing powder or fabric conditioner?

I always had itchy legs, mostly knee down, but it stopped after I stopped using fabric conditioner.

Do you moisturise your legs regularly? It could be that your skin in just dry.

Do you shave regularly? I get horrible itching for a few days after shaving once the regrowth starts. For that reason I only shave every few weeks.
