When my daughter lost her front baby tooth , the adult one grew and looked like a needle, it was an extra bit of tooth! Through not having this xrayed her adult tooth come through sideways , full 180 degree angle. She has had this since being about 7yo. I have had her at several dentists and each one has no rush to refer her to orthodontist as it isn's actually a problem to any other tooth growth.
She is approaching 13 now and i just cannot see her so upset anymore. NHS will not remove the tooth, just wondering has anyone used a private dentist and had a childs tooth removed through own choice and not a necessity?
