Does anyone have a stomach bug that is painful with nausea no vimiting

That really we have been struck down don't know what it is husband has thrown up son been sick don't know if a bug

Yep. We all have it is. One dc and dh vomiting, me and dc2 haven't. Just incredibly nauseous and pain in abdomen.

Hmm there must be something going around.
My stomach is enormous as if I'm 4 months pregnant with the worst heart burn and nausea.
When does it end? I hate this time of year for all the bugs
