Can you have diarrhea with a cold?

Have cold symptoms but fairly copable tho do feel a bit miserable and woolly headed with it. The unusual thing is the mega diarrhea! I have also been really achy over the last week but I did a couple of big gym sessions last weekend so put it down to that. I haven't taken any meds apart from plain old paracetamol.

Is it possible I have very mild flu?

You can get an upset tummy if you're swallowing phlegm and it will be trickling down your throat when you sleep even if you're getting it all out when awake.
