Should I be worried?

I can't help feeling that I am being a bit of a worry wart so thought I could sense check it with you please?

I have birth to my DD a year ago and stopped breast feeding after 8 months. I didn't get my periods back for a while so I took a pregnancy test and it came up positive. It turned into a chemical pregnancy and my next period didn't turn up for another 8 weeks. I bled very heavily for two weeks then stopped. That was 8 weeks ago and I have had repeated menstrual cramps and skin break outs like I am just about to start my period, the tiniest bit of spotting then nothing happens.

I am not pregnant. Should I go to the docs or just wait it out? It is very annoying.
