Gallbladder complications

Hi there, I had my gallbladder out several years ago still have lots of digestive problems 😒 has anyone alas had such complications afterwards? Do we just need to live with it? Sick of feeling like crap x

What sort of digestive problems?
Have you spoken to the doctor?

Ive been left with sphincter of oddi dysfunction which ilcauses pain.

Bad luck, it was a huge concern of mine when I had mine out.

What do you eat? Have you tried a high fat low carb diet?

heartburn, indigestion, diahorrea. A lot of foods trigger, i cant pinpoint x

I would try cutting carbs for a bit and see if that helps, many people find that carbs inflame their systems and cutting them relieves their symptoms. If it’s been a couple of years then nothing to lose by giving it a go
