have i poisioned my baby???

DD (11 months)& DH just wolfed down a bowl of creamy pasta with cream bought one hour ago. I tasted the left overs, thought it was weird - bloody cream was 5 weeks out of date!!! DH (who bought bloody cream)thought "it as supposed to taste like that". Will it make DD ill? Oh God can hear MIL already...it was UHT with "best before" date - I'm really hoping that helps. Anyone any idea???

She might be sick and have the runs but I wouldnt worry.

She might get a few loose bowel motions but she might not be affected at all. Even if she is affected it's unlikely to be anything serious.

I ate a rotten egg the other day (it was soft boiled, tasted suspect and the yolk had gone blackish in places). I had no ill effects - although I appreciate that as an adult I have a stronger constitution!

Have given the lo's slightly sour milk before with no problems

I would'nt worry too much, if it was UHT it may of still been ok, UHT lasts alot longer, if it was that bad she would'nt of ate it.

Fell a bit better now, she does have quite a stong constitution. She ate the cover of Gratzia magazine the other week and did a poo with "Angelina Jolie" emblazoned down the side.

lol - it pleases me to think of Angelina Jolie as part of a baby poo
