what could i be allergic too?

i moved house 6 months ago, and ever since i have woken up sneezing and with a runny nose and scratchy throat and ears.

The house was renovated before we moved in, so carpet is new, walls freshly decorated etc.

I have thoroughly vacuumed including the bedding and I just cant work out what it could be thats causing my allergy each morning.

We have no pets.

I havent had this reaction before living here. Originally I thought it was hayfever despite never suffering with it before, but its still happening every day now.

It could still be seasonal allergies. Some people don't develop them until adulthood and they can get worse. In the fall leaf mold from wet leaves sets mine off.

Have you tried any of the over the counter allergy medications to see if they help?

Mould? I get itchy throats and eyes if I go to a building where is mould.
