Sleep problems

I couldn't tell you the last time I had a full nigh'ts sleep. I wake several times for no apparent reason and then can't get back for about an hour. Last night was the worst I've ever had.

I've tried putting scented oils on my pillow etc but nothing has helped.

Any natural remedies that MNers can suggest?

Bananas! They are a sedative, and they certainly make me drowsy before bed. Supposed to make you sleep for longer too!
