hello, bit of a weird one but looking for some reassurance! I recently moved house and have just registered at a new local dentist. When I registered though, they literally just took mine (and my 3 year old son's) names and address - no other info at all. I asked if they needed to know who my old dentist was and they said no as they always 'start a fresh' - is that usual? Would they not require my old records? Main reason I ask as I remember when i registered at my old dentist, they required a whole load of info, date of birth, NHS number, previous dentists... so just wondered what people's usual experience was? thanks so much
