Just realised most my threads on here seem to be about health! I don't have health anxiety I'm just unlucky and complex haha.

I had a headache that started yesterday and now today it's agony and I feel sick. It's the right side of my forehead. Taken Co codamol with no affect. Any remedy that will help?

I know being on my phone doesn't help! I don't really get headaches much.

For anybody other than the op reading this - please don't think you can mess around for days with these sort of symptoms and risk factors. It's really NOT a good idea to wait as the op has done.

Dr said rest and drink water. I'm in agony don't know how much more I can take.
Hats off to those who suffer this regularly Flowers

Should I try see someone else or see how it goes?

You can buy migraine meds over the counter (migraleve?) - if it works then it was a migraine but you need to keep taking them as it just dulls the pain not removes it. You can get things to take daily to stop getting more but you'd need to have had a few before a GP will do this (in my history anyway). I have tried most of the over the counter stuff for sinus/allergy and some prescriptions but nothing helps for very long for me (although the steriod drops did for a while). Actually dehydration is one of my triggers for migraine so his advise is not completely useless. Hope you feel better soon!
