How can I get my mojo back?

I feel fat, I'm not fat but I'm heavier than I should be. Looking after my DC's 2 and 5 over the years has taken its toll on my looks. Tiredness, lack of energy etc. I love sugar, and caffeine. It's gets me through the day and makes me feel good albeit temporarily. I want to feel and look better though. I look at Holly Willoughby who must be roughly my age and she always looks so bloody gorgeous annoyingly. Ok she's got the money and fame so it's effectively her job but I long to look and feel healthier again.

No real advice but I feel the same. I lost almost 5 stone about 7 years ago and have more or less managed to maintain it until I had my little girl, I’ve gained almost 2 stone and struggling with how I look and feel

It's so hard. I eat loads for energy to keep up with my kids as I'm exhausted.

I feel exactly the same way, I love sugar and caffeine as well. I can chain drink tea until it makes me feel ill!
I'm not huge, but feel chubby at the mo, at 5ft 2, 10 stone feels like a lot.
When I feel like this I struggle to want to go out and see friends as well as I just don't feel comfortable and want to slob out in my PJ's.
I lost a load of weight quite easily doing the harcombe diet a couple of years ago, and felt great, until the massive 'share' bags of chocolate crept back in Sad

I will eat one of those share bags all to myself Confused

I totally get you. I have two boys under 3. Pre kids i was at the gym 4-5 times a week boxing kettlebells cardio. I did slimming world ate well and was a size 10. I thought I was fat back then, how stupid I was. I gained 48lbs with my first (even with exercising the whole time!) lost 41lbs after, got pregnant again and gained all 41lbs back! Now I can’t shake it. I just want to sleep have no energy to exercise, rely on things like chocolate and Pepsi max to give me a boost. I hate it. I’m a size 16 and 2st off my target and I feel like I’m never going to get there because it took so much time and dedication to do it before

I know, Pepsi Max, diet coke, tea, chocolate, you name it, on a daily basis
