Fluttering in chest

I have anexity and been told I my BP is slightly high been took of my combined pill and given the mini pill I'm also been told to watch what I'm eating so I'm cutting out salt and watching what I'm eating

Been fine all day till about 4ish went from my room to the bathroom to get ready for work and felt a flutter in throat for a few secs now worried and don't experience these very often

These are anxiety. I've had these since I've had a heart attack and been assured it is because I'm extra aware of my heart and they are nothing to worry about.
