Painless lump on forehead.

I have a lump on my forehead. I noticed it a while back but just thought, maybe that’s my normal head shape but I’ve just never noticed it before, IYSWIM. I haven’t noticed or thought about it for ages but today it’s prominent. I think it has gone away and come back. It’s right in the middle at the top of my forehead. Does anyone have any experiences of what this could be?

Not really something any of us could or should diagnose from the info given. Best to show it to a GP. Most lumps are benign, anyway.
