Temperature 38.1 after 8 week vaccinations

Have given all three doses of calpol, I know they are supposed to get a temperature but when should I worry? She is feeding and sleepy, and did smile at me so I don't think she is in pain. When should I worry about her temperature?

As she's so little I'd ring 111 and see what they say. I know a temp over 38 in a baby under 6 months should be checked out.
