Weird weakness and feeling cold

Have had two episodes of this in last three days. Sudden feeling of weakness, especially in legs, feeling very cold, but temp normal. Light-headed. Am in bed now and feeling better, but as soon as I get out of bed it all starts again. What weirdness is this?

Ive had it last week with nausea as well but no actual vomiting. Very odd. Never had anything like it before. Was so tired i slept for 12 hours one night!
