DH just asked me what this is on his head. Said it's been there 3-4 weeks now. He doesn't know if it's getting bigger or not

Looks like a birth mark, are you sure it hasn't been there longer?

I thought maybe it was a mole?

If it is a mole and bleeding should be checked out.

Not a birthmark. And not there before. It's raised and he said he's picked it

Close up it looks wrinkly. And the surrounding brown bit is an odd shape

Just looks like an irritated spot to me. Somehow in the hair they seem to last longer and be a bit bigger across.

A bite?

Does he have eczema? Is it a patch of dry skin that he's scratched and it's now bleeding?

Definitely no dry skin. I will tell him to leave it alone and see how it goes
