we were told thwe LVAD patients who are stable cant go on the urgent list

so if you are in acute phase on the LVAD you can't go on the urgent list but if stable you can? confused!!

but harefield can only have 8 urgent cases at any one time.

the thing is, i know there are patients at harefield in more need than peter, but my god, they havent been waiting for over 2 years. 2 f*ckign years of our lives, just waiting for the sodding phone to ring.

MIL is taking him to the appointment.

although we know that an 'urgent' heart coming out wouldnt be a perfect match, right now its the only hope we have as there are around 38 patients on urgent i think. which means that people on 2nd list havent got much hope. i would rather he got one when stable than going through end stage again and in a bad way.
