Blocked nose

I've got a blocked nose and have had for last 3 days - driving me insane!!

Does anyone know of any way I can unblock it for some temporary relief?!

Otrivine nasal spray. It reduces inflammation which is why your nose feels blocked. You use it and think "well that's shit" then ten minutes later realise you can breathe
