Ok, quick bit of background. I came off the combined pill about 2 months ago and have yet to have a period. I have been experiencing hot flushes and have had a blood test. Tested for thyroid and am seeing doctor tomorrow regarding results though test was normal. Since last week have been getting a constant ache in abdomen above pelvic bone. This stretches round to hips and back every so often. Hot flushes are lessening I think. I thought perhaps I had ovulated hence the hot flushes lessening but what's the pain? Not like a period pain iyswim. Any ideas before I go to doctor would be appreciated. Thanks
