Big angry bites all the way down my leg

Really itchy and quite painful. We have no pets and only just changed the beds. I got them last year too. Any ideas?

Been out in the sun? Sat on some grass>? Could be any type of midge at this time of year, esp. with the good weather. Hydrocortisone cream works well.

Oh yes have put some of this on as DS has eczema and always have a supply of it. It was when I got up in the morning that the bites appeared so I assumed it was inside but yes fluffy you could be right as I have been walking around baring some of my legs. Do the bites take awhile to come out on you then?

i got red ant bites from grass yesteday - bites only show up on me a few hours later. i know it was ants because we dug up a nest!

Lucky I bet its them as I have seen quite a few ants around our garden and it seems to be since I bared my legs the other day.

It must have bit me as it walked up my leg I have 5 bites on one leg in total.

We have a lot of mosquitoes at the moment, is it possible they got yo while you were out?

mosquitoes???? I didn't know we had them in the UK?

Yeah, we're in West Sussex and there are loads of the little buggers around.
