my ds is currently teething, so is a nightmare at the moment. He has taken to having a poo at every feed, and sometimes inbetween, as well as the usual big one first thing in the morning. this has given him horrible nappy rash, and poo goes from being quite runny to quite dry (sorry if tmi) does tummy trouble usually go hand in hand with teething or could it be a bug on top of the teething?
