Hi-is anyone prescribed meds for an irritable bladder? If so what and foes it work?I've just been prescribed oxybutin. However it says to consult your GP before taking if you have an irregular heart beat or palpitations. In the same appointment we arranged an ECG / bloods due to me having frequent palpitations. She didn't mention this and generally seemed unsure what to prescribe me for my bladder asking what I had come across on Google. Also concerned about the dry mouth side effect as I have a brace and the advice not to drive if you become drowsy.Any advice on other meds appreciated.
