Reaction to 1yr jabs?

I have I'd twin daughters - one of them has just started vomiting 6.5 days after jabs and I wondered whether this was a bug or a reaction and wondering whether my other girl will catch it (sods law my washing machine has died!)

It's the vaccine. They always tell you it's a bug to cover their backsides.
