What to do about acne?

I've always had mild acne but the last couple of years I've been getting hormonal acne that I suspect is caused by my contraceptive implant. For some reason, my chin and jawline get very oily very quickly, but the rest of my face is generally clear. I tend to get angry spots under my skin on my chin & jaw that can't be popped, or if they can only a tiny bit of pus comes out and they get twice as angry. They're starting to leave scars and I'm fed up of it. The skin around my jaw is so congested. I also get weird spots on my neck that again are under the skin and never get heads unless I stick a needle in them, then loads of white gunk comes out. Strangely they're never sore, inflamed or even red.

I can't take the pill as I have migraines, my GP won't give it to me. I really do not want children so I want to stick with the implant.

I have tried Duac, which worked fantastically but gave me God awful stomach cramps so I can't use it any more. Im allergic to penicillin so most antibiptics are out of the question and metronadizole doesnt work on my skin. I've been recommended tretinoin(sp?) but this has been discontinued in the UK. Benzoyl Peroxide has worked but only on the topical ones, not the deep ones.

I've tried so many cleansers, charcoal seems to have been the best but my skin's getting used to it now. Same with salicylic acid. Oil cleansing made my skin so much worse.

Am I a lost cause or should I bother going back to my GP? I feel like I'll just be wasting their time, but I'm so fed up of my awful skin. Sad
