AIBU to be angry?

So I haven't lived with my mum for well over 6 years now, recently diagnosed with depression and started proceding with ITalk- seems to be an endless round of them calling me, me missing the call, ring them back and they don't answer.
So a few days ago I had a call from my mum to say ITalk have left a message for me on her phone.
AIBU to be furious at them for this? Complete breach of confidentiality, they are aware I do not live there as my GP details are up to date.
Is there anything I can do about this? Any legal rights? Obviously I'll ask them to never contact her again looking for me. But she should never have received the call in the first place- this is very personal to me and my family can be very judgmental. The last thing I wanted was for her to find out, let alone like this.

Where did they get your mother's number from? Could it be a simple mistake, i.e. they thought that was an alternative number for you?

I would write to their head office first and ask for an explanation. They have an online complaints process here.

If you are not satisfied by their response, your next step could be the Information Commissioner who is supposed to enforce privacy legislation.

Clearly this shouldn't have happened.
