So is this thrush?

TMI but I don't know.

I seem to be prone to getting yeast infections, but it's random in the sense that there are no patterns.

Basically, I don't usually have itching down below. I just seem to get a thick cottage cheese like discharge. There is a lot of it inside me.

I have treated it three times (in about 18 months) with Fluconazole but it keeps returning.

I am on Sertraline and Cerazette/desogestrel - would these medications be causing it all?

Can anyone shed some light? Thanks

Thick white "cottage cheese" discharge is the textbook description of thrush. If it keeps coming back (e.g. twice in six months) then your GP might recommend a six month course of fluconazole.

Thank you. What I will do is monitor it in a notebook and if it does occur twice in six months I will book a GP appointment.
