been along for a consultation re having IPL to remove hair on my upper lip but was told wouldn't work as I@m too fair! Was rather as I@m not exactly a natural blonde - real hair colour is mousey but on my upper lip seems mixture of light & dark hair.
What now, any ideas on whether laser hair removal would work or should I go for electrolysis? Thank you wise MNers!
