Anyone ever used Hypnotherapy , especially for giving up smoking ?

DH depserate to give up smoking , yet again !

Is willing to give hypnosis a try , anyone done it ? Does it work ?

How much does it cost ?

I had a friend who tried everything to give up smoking and faled, she then tried hypnotherapy and 3 sessions later she never smoked again and that was 10 years ago and she had a 30 a day habit

think hers cost her £120 for 3 sessions, it seemed a lot but think how much she saved in not smoking.

I am depaerate for him to give up smoking , he went to NHS classes, had patches , but only went for the first few weeks and due to work committments could never go . Dont mind paying out as long as he kicks the habit for good .
