I had a lumbar puncture 8 weeks ago due to severe headaches.
My pressure was up slightly but nothing they were overly concerned about.
My problem is my back, it hurts like mad now, if I bend, if I lie on it, if I sit for too long I struggle to get up because the pain is so bad, if I stretch it hurts.
I have had 3 spinals when I had my kids and don't ever remember it being this sore after.
So I guess my question is is this normal and will it ease on its own or am I stuck with it for ever?
