okay to go poo every other day?

I am officially a mother, I am now worried that my daughter is not regular enough. she was ill with gastroenteritis a month ago, then two weeks ago had diorhea following a course of antibiotics. now she only does number 2 every other day. previously went every day. should i be worried

DS1 was like that as a baby, now he is a very regular toddler (about twice a day), DS2 poos about 6 times a day (he is 1), always has done, I was worried he was too regular but doctor and HV said it was good (not for the nappy bill it isn't!)

anything between three times a day and once every three days is normal, as long as there are no other problems.

she is 20 months
