As above really, totally gross, they are yellowish in colour and weep slightly when I pick and itch them, which I know I totally shouldn't.
What the hell are they and how can I make them go?

Psoriasis? Cradle cap?

You can get Nizoral shampoo over the counter at the chemist, that should get rid of it.

Moogoo milk shampoo and scalp cream help with seb derm. Do an AS and you'll find it recommended a lot (not just by me).

I used to get the same Whitepearl. Last year I vastly reduced my sugar intake and noticed that the itchiness and scabbing disappeared. Occasionally get them back when I have more than one glass of wine- in particular red. Recently had a sugar binge for old times sakes and they came straight back so I know for me sugar is a trigger.
