Breastfeeding

Anyone else feel sick and fatigued after stopping breastfeeding. I stopped a week ago and have been doing it for nearly 21 months. Feel so tired and sick.

Might be worth checking your iron levels - I got mild anaemia from breastfeeding! And a decayed tooth that required a filling.... Little cherubs, eh!

Good call. Been to dentist today funnily enough and all fine. But have been eating terribly so likely to have some sort of iron deficiency.

Hormones go crazy after you stop extended breastfeeding - it's one of those things no one talks about enough. It'll sort out as your hormones readjust.
