I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with my first and was diagnosed with crohns at the age of 4 I've been in remission since I hit puberty and just have the occasional flare up so am not on any medication. However the last couple of weeks I'm having real issues daily with diarrhea. I was wondering if anyone else has had issues occur within the 3rd trimester or whether it's something that I should be concerned about as my midwife didn't seem fussed when I told her about the stomach issues recently.
