DH works outside. He's been in hedges thinning them this last couple of weeks. Came home with a red lump on the back of his neck last night. This photo was taken when he got home today. Any ideas?

He said it was sore last night and itchy today. Not massively bothering him though. He does tend to react massively to horseflies but never like this
