Woke up this morning in worst pain I've ever been in, thought I was dying tbh and after some googling was convienced I had a kidney stone, all the water that I drank I vomited up and could barely move off the floor.
Went along to doctors and managed the tiniest pee in the world so that the nurse could dip stick it and she said I had a UTI, gave me antibiotics said to ring back after two days if it didn't get better.
Taken one antibiotic so far and trying to drink a lot of water and cranberry juice but keep vomiting it back up, managed to have a couple of tiny pees but clearly vomiting most of it out, pain in back is still horrendous and basically haven't moved out of the empty bathtub since 3pm as everytime I sir/stand I want to collapse or vomit.
I have asd and get very confused about stuff like this where there is no clear define path about what is the correct thing to do, should I wait until the morning to go back to doctors/follow their advice to wait 48/or should i be going to out of hours about the fact I can't really keep liquid in me and only getting the tiniest pees from pushing very hard.
That's long, apologies
but just don't want to waste nhs time but also don't know like how I should be feeling right now should i be feeling better from the one antibiotic or be worried about the lack of fluid.
