After 20 days of waking with s stiff neck and head ache I managed to get a gp appointment, she dealt my neck and told me I have an infected lymph node and I am now on day 2 of erythromycin 
, I'm am confused has were would I get an infection from that would go to my nodes in the base of my neck ? Anybody else had this and was successfully treated with antibiotics
