Feeling teary

Over the last few months I've been feeling a bit teary. Anything happy or sad makes me well up or cry! Not feeling particularly down and no major issues in my life but just feel my emotions are bubbling under the surface.

Just wondering if anyone has had similar or has any suggestions as to why? Not sure if it could be hormone changes or something else. I'm late 30s and have the Mirena coil ( had this one in for over a year and had one prior as well).

Thanks!

Thanks misty. Still feeling much the same. I've had a coil for the last 6 or so years and this has been fairly recent so I'm not sure if it's related or not. I have lost some weight over the last few months so not sure if that would affect the hormones from coil or not.
Fed up of crying!
