So , walked over 25 miles yday. Ive had a few blisters in my time but this one has enveloped the whole of my little toe. The nail is sort of floating on top of the blister which makes me feel sick . There must be blood in it as it's red and purple
Should I just plaster it up? Anything else I can do?
