Hi
Is anyone else out there using this diet to control symptoms of ibs? How are you finding it if you are?

I've followed the fod map diet for a year and a half now and honestly it's changed my life.
I've gone from constant cramps, diarrhoea, gas and nausea to near normal- still have the odd bout of flare ups, last one was in December.

It's pretty restrictive and dull but for me it's worth it.

I am enjoying it and there's some really good apps to help. What I wondered was I've noticed if I accidentally have something high in fod maps ie garlic has touched something I'm having a massive over reaction.within minutes diarrhoea etc. Are you finding the same???
